We empower the local FMCG supply chain in the digital era.

MySuki was founded with a mission to help the local FMCG supply chain thrive in an increasingly digital world.

In 2019, serial tech entrepreneur Victor Javier started MySuki to give provincial supermarkets the tools they need to compete with larger national chains and more aggressive online retailers.

These local retail leaders have strong ties to their communities and a deep understanding of sari-sari stores—small neighborhood stores within communities.

But without the right tools, even the most established groceries, supermarkets and distributors would struggle to compete in the fast-changing retail landscape.

Victor partnered with Ivan Lanuza, seasoned IT leader from national retail giants, to develop a suite of apps that will serve as a digital “superhighway” seamlessly connecting wholesale supermarkets and distributors with their sari-sari store suki.

MySuki simplifies the supply chain, allowing sari-sari store owners to restock efficiently while helping wholesalers and distributors manage their operations with ease.

Today, MySuki proudly serves all 17 regions across the Philippines and is now the online grocery platform with the largest footprint in the country.

Founders

Victor Javier

Founder and CEO

Victor brings over 20 years of experience in entrepreneurship and strategy. Driven by a passion for empowering local businesses, Victor created MySuki to connect sari-sari stores in the Philippines with the supply chain, helping them thrive in the digital age. His customer-first approach and focus on innovation guide MySuki in transforming the retail landscape and strengthening local communities.

Ivan Lanuza

Co-founder

With a proven track record in Information Technology spanning over 20 years, Ivan joined the group with extensive experience in IT from Procter & Gamble and Puregold. He has delivered multiple million dollar projects, led myriads of teams and business units and currently takes on Business and Product Development for iRipple, Inc. as the Chief Executive Officer. Ivan is also the co-founder of MySuki.

Hubert Dy

Founding Partner, iRipple

Hubert is a driving force behind MySuki’s mission to empower sari-sari stores with innovative digital solutions. With a career rooted in software development and extensive experience working with some of the largest retailers in the Philippines, Hubert has been instrumental in shaping MySuki’s vision to transform the supply chain and uplift local communities.

Christian Dan Enrique

Head of Customer Success

With 18 years of experience in IT under his belt, Christian is a home-grown talent, having worked with iRipple for 13 years and currently heading the Customer Success department for MySuki. He is experienced in account management, project management and client relations. He shapes the overall strategy for customer engagement, drives customer retention, and plays an integral part in maximizing customer lifetime value.

Rodrigo Nanjari

Chief Technology Officer

Rodrigo has over 17 years of experience as a technology leader. A veteran at creating high performance teams and turning business ideas into systems at scale, he has been delivering fintech services for 7 years in the APAC region. Rod has worked with many established local companies such as True Money, Storm Technologies, Angkas and Shakey’s where he served as the Chief Technology Officer. He is currently heading the Development Team for MySuki as the Chief Technology Officer, and is at the forefront of digital transformation for the organization.

Chot Ramento

Head of Sales

Chot drives sales with a focus on connecting sari-sari stores and retail partners to solutions that fuel growth and success. He plays a vital role in expanding reach and empowering local communities through smarter, more accessible supply chain technology.

Eric Pallen

Head of Beverage Distribution

With a background of over 20 years in the FMCG Industry, Eric is a seasoned leader in key account management and sales operations. Having launched and managed multiple products and channels across different markets and segments, he drives growth, innovation and profitability for local and global brands. With a rich corporate background coming from Coca Cola Beverages, Phils, Philip Morris International, San Miguel and Del Monte, Eric is leading the company’s Beverage Distribution Team and bringing the organization to greater heights.

Norman Roa

Head of Sales, Visayas

With more than 25 years of experience in Sales, Norman is a veteran Sales Leader, bringing in experience from Del Monte, Globe, Coca-Cola and Energizer. He currently heads the Sales Team for Visayas and continues to attract new clients and drive growth in the client base.

Paul Rainier Uy

Head of Sales, Mindanao

Paul heads the MySuki Sales Team for the Mindanao Region. He is a seasoned sales expert, with an impressive background in Regional and Group Sales from Del Monte and Energizer. He propels the organization’s mission forward through his account management.

Buen Joseph Gayo

Head of Customer Growth

Boasting over 30 years of experience in Distributor & Retail and Tech industries, Buen is an expert in Trade Marketing Management and Sales, having come from well established companies such as Procter & Gamble, Puregold and Zuellig Pharmaceuticals where he was the Group Sales Manager. He is currently leading the Supermarket Team for MySuki, growing and maintaining the client base and paving the way for expansion.

Earl Perlas

Head of Fintech, Kasuki

With a strong and extensive background in e-commerce and tech, Earl brings with him a wealth of experience from the likes of Zalora, Eatigo, IBM and ShopeePay. He has over 15 years of experience in Business Development, Growth Marketing and Sales Management. He is currently the head of MySuki’s Fintech Team, Kasuki and holds a key role in empowering and enabling clients and customers.

Rose Sabornido

Finance Supervisor

Rose has an extensive background in Accounting, handling financial statements and budget analysis in companies like Insular Oil and Balibago Waterworks. She serves as the Finance Supervisor for MySuki, taking care of the company’s financial records and operations.

Glaida Nasayao

Head of Human Resources

An experienced HR Officer, Glaida is the Head of Human Resources for MySuki. She oversees all HR facets and operations, bringing with her years of experience from companies such as Technomarine. She plays a pivotal role in the culture and environment of the organization.

Data Scientists and Developers

Donna Magugat

Data Scientist

With a rich background in Data Science, Donna is the Lead Data Scienist for MySuki. With years of experience in Analytics and Data from companies like Kalinisan Chemicals and IWG, and a Master’s Degree in Data Science from Asian Institute of Management, she leads the team in building key projects and ensuring the digital transformation of the organization is on-track.

Pauline Guevara

Data Scientist

Pauline is a Data Scientist for the Data Team of MySuki. With a Master’s in Data Science from Asian Institute of Management and analytics experience from Citi, she spearheads numerous project innovations through her background in machine learning, data management and data visualization.

Jeff Canale

Backend API Developer

Jeff is an experienced developer, with over 8 years of experience in applications, cloud and backend development. He is the current back-end developer for MySuki and is a cornerstone in the technology team.

Mervin Dizon

Lead Android Developer

Mervin is dedicated to creating mobile experiences that are simple, reliable, and easy to use. With a focus on helping sari-sari stores and retailers succeed, Mervin ensures MySuki’s tools are always ready to support local businesses and communities.

Jestoni Talan

Senior Software Developer

A seasoned Developer and Software Engineer, JV is the Software Engineer for MySuki and has worked for several companies like Proudcloud and iRipple, building software systems and handling the full software development cycle.
